After a rental application is accepted,  the Management Company will present to the  lease the lease to review.  Before the lesee may move in, the lesee must sign the lease and pay first month and last month rent payments plus a $1,000.00 security deposit.  The security deposit is not the last months rent but will be used to cover any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear over the course of the lease.  Also, before the lesee moves in, the Management Company will do a walk through with the lesee to document the condition of the apartment.  Photos will be taken to support the written document . If the lesee agrees to the condition of the apartment, then the lesee shall sign and date the Key Acceptance Form and receive two sets of keys to the apartment.
