Rent & Utilities
Tenants are responsible for rent and all utilities: electric, gas, water, and cable TV. Utilities shall be transferred to tenant prior to moving in. Tenants also need to show proof of renter’s insurance prior to moving in. See Sample Lease for more renter’s obligations.
The Management Company is responsible lawn care, snow removal, dumpster service, foyer cleaning, and all general services.

Tenants will also need to provide proof of income and all other financial obligations (car payment, boat payment, insurance payments, alimony, child support, etc.) to determine income to debt service.
