Thank you for your interest in Bouvier Bay Apartments. Tenants sign a one year lease.  However, the average tenant stay at BBA is five years.  When apartments do become available we list the vacancy on social media.  If a unit is currently not available, you may submit a Renter’s Application and we will keep it on file.  If an apartment becomes available then we will contact people who have applications on file.
