There are four 1,100 sq ft upscale apartments in the complex, two down and two up.  Floor to ceiling windows and an open floor plan creates a panoramic view of Bouvier Bay.  Tenants enter their apartments through a common foyer.  All units have central AC, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry room (only hook-up for washer and dryer).  Other features include berber carpet in the living room, hallways, and bedrooms, oak hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining room.  The floor in the laundry room and bathroom is ceramic tile.
